Gala Evening in the Salle de la Corbeille of the Palais de la Bourse, Tuesday, 18 October, 8:00pm.
Come and join us for an unforgettable evening ! AFTES invites you to a visual and gourmet journey throughout that evening with, among others, the presence of Marc Veyrat, a renowned French chef, the only one in the history of cuisine to have been rewarded twice by a three star mark in the Michelin Guide and also twice by the highest 20/20 score in the Gault & Millau guide.
Those wishing to participate can still register at the Congress welcome desk; the cost is 125€/person.
