Le Congrès 2011 de l’AFTES est organisé conjointement avec les associations
des pays voisins : Belgique, Espagne, Italie, Portugal et Suisse. Nous souhaitons tous que ce soit une rencontre non seulement d’ingénieurs tournés vers la construction et l’exploitation, mais aussi d’architectes et d’urbanistes, soucieux de favoriser une utilisation accrue du sous-sol.
Les ouvrages souterrains peuvent et doivent contribuer à relever le défi environnemental.
The 2011 AFTES Congress is organized jointly with the national associations of neighbouring countries: Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Switzerland. We all wish this Congress to gather not only construction and operation oriented. Engineers, but also Architects and Urbanists concerned about favoring a larger use of the subsurface space.
Underground construction can and should contribute to meet the environmental challenge.
